Antwerpen

Have you ever travelled somewhere that you didn’t expect much from that turned out to be absolutely incredible?

Last weekend my best bud and I boarded a coach (not glam, but super cheap!) to Antwerp, for a George Ezra gig. I've seen him more than enough times already this year but for me seeing him live again would be enough for the weekend but my-oh-my, weren’t we in for a treat.

Today’s post is my favourite photos of Antwerp ‘Looking Up’. This is going to be the start of a photo series I’ve been working on for a really long time now; when it all comes together I’ll write a big piece but for now here is the start of the project. Antwerp was unbelievably beautiful - a city with so much history, culture and design. We stayed in a brilliant Airbnb with the most helpful, gracious host who let us in on all kinds of local secrets and places to visit.

Tomorrow I’ll post a guide to some of the fun and frolics we got up to in Antwerp, the museums, shops and cafes. The stuff I’m sure you actually want to read about! Until then, have a brilliant Saturday night.
